In case of No-Show, no amount will be refunded to the User.
Replacement Vehicle shall be provided within a city limits only (Subject to availability of similar segment in the city) in all such cases where in a Vehicle develops mechanical error.
Extra Hours will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter.
Parking and toll charges to be borne by the customer. On Extra Usage the cost of Extra hour and/or Extra KMs will be charged.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation made more than 3 hours before the duty reporting time would be NIL.
Cancellation within 3 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left the garage: Half day (4hr/40kms).
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made within 4-5 working days after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.
One can cancel your booking through website, Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy
Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the booking start time, no cancellation charge will be applicable.
